Chilli Loaded Sliders

Ingredients

  • 1 x tin Grants Chilli Con Carne
  • 6 x soft roll buns
  • BBQ sauce
  • Cheddar cheese slices or burger cheese
  • Spring onion, chopped
  • Garlic butter, melted

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan 160°C / gas mark 4).
  2. Brush melted garlic butter generously over an ovenproof dish.
  3. Slice the soft roll buns in half and place the bottom halves into the dish.
  4. Drizzle a little BBQ sauce over the buns.
  5. Spoon over the Grants Chilli Con Carne, spreading it evenly.
  6. Sprinkle over the chopped spring onion, then add the cheese slices or burger cheese on top.
  7. Add a little more BBQ sauce, then place the top halves of the buns over everything.
  8. Brush the tops generously with melted garlic butter.
  9. Bake in the oven for around 15 minutes, until the cheese has melted and the chilli is piping hot throughout.
