Cheesy BBQ Pulled Pork Puff Pastry Rolls
Ingredients (Serves 2–4):
- 1 tin of Grant’s BBQ Pulled Pork
- 1 roll of puff pastry
- Handful of grated cheddar cheese
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Method:
- Preheat the oven:
Preheat your oven to 180°C and remove the puff pastry from the fridge so it can soften slightly. - Prepare the filling:
Shred the Grants BBQ Pulled Pork and mix it well with the sauce from the tin. - Assemble the rolls:
Cut the puff pastry in half. Along one side of each piece, sprinkle a little grated cheddar and spoon over the pulled pork mixture. Be careful not to overfill, as you’ll need to fold the pastry over neatly. - Seal the pastry:
Fold the pastry over the filling and press the edges together. Use the back of a fork to seal the edges, then cut a few small slits across the top of each roll. Transfer to a lined baking tray. - Finish and bake:
Brush the pastry with beaten egg and sprinkle extra grated cheddar over the top. Bake in the oven for 40–50 minutes until puffed up, crisp, and golden brown. - Serve and enjoy:
