Pulled Pork Loaded Fries

Ingredients

  • 400g skinny fries

  • 1 tin pulled pork

  • ½ small red onion, finely sliced

  • 100g mozzarella, grated

  • BBQ sauce, to taste

  • Mayonnaise, to taste

  • Fresh chives, sliced, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to the temperature indicated on the fries packaging.

  2. Cook the fries: Spread the fries on a baking tray and cook in the oven for 5 minutes less than the packet suggests (so they stay extra crispy).

  3. Add toppings: Remove fries from the oven. Scatter pulled pork evenly over the fries, followed by grated mozzarella and finely sliced red onion.

  4. Bake loaded fries: Return the tray to the oven for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  5. Serve: Drizzle with BBQ sauce and mayonnaise, then sprinkle with fresh sliced chives. Serve immediately.
