Chicken Curry Parcels

Ingredients
Flatbreads:

150g plain flour

150g natural yoghurt (adjust as needed)

Pinch of salt and preferred seasoning
Cheesy curry filling:

1 tin Grants chicken curry
-
2 tbsp cream cheese
-
Handful of grated mozzarella

Fresh coriander, for garnish
Instructions

Make the flatbread dough: In a bowl, combine the flour, yoghurt, and seasoning. Adjust with more yoghurt if too dry or more flour if too wet. Divide into 8–10 dough balls.

Prepare the filling: Mix the chicken curry, cream cheese, and grated mozzarella together.

Assemble the parcels: Flatten a dough ball into a small disc. Place about a tablespoon of curry mixture in the center. Fold the edges over, pinching to seal completely.

Cook the parcels: Heat a dry frying pan over high heat (or a hot fan oven). Cook the parcels, turning occasionally, until golden brown and puffed on all sides.

Serve: Garnish with fresh coriander and enjoy warm.
