The top prize in the category went to Sainsburys Taste The Difference Slow Cooked Hickory Smoked BBQ Beef Brisket. A standout fresh product from a major national retailer. The recognition of Red Meat’s Roast Gammon alongside such strong fresh meat contenders reflects the product’s standout flavour, quality, and innovation in a traditionally fresh-dominated space. This achievement reinforces the relevance of canned meats in modern food retail, highlighting how products like Roast Gammon can deliver both convenience and premium quality without compromise.
