Simple Haggis, Neeps & Tatties with Peppercorn Sauce 

Ingredients (Serves 1–2): 

  • 1 can of Grants Haggis 
  • 2 medium potatoes, peeled and chopped 
  • 1 small turnip, peeled and chopped 
  • 2 tbsp butter 
  • Salt & pepper, to taste 
  • 2 tbsp ready-made peppercorn sauce (optional for extra flavour) 

Method: 

  1. Boil the veg: Place the chopped potatoes and turnip in a pan of boiling water and cook for 1520 minutes until tender. 
  2. Heat the haggis: While the veg is cooking, microwave your Grants Haggis for 3 – 4 minutes. The Haggis comes perfectly cooked and ready to enjoy. 
  3. Mash the veg: Drain the potatoes and turnip, then mash together with butter, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy. 
  4. Serve & drizzle: Plate your Haggis, serve alongside the neeps and tatties, and drizzle with peppercorn sauce for a simple yet indulgent finish.
