Simple Haggis, Neeps & Tatties with Peppercorn Sauce
Ingredients (Serves 1–2):
- 1 can of Grants Haggis
- 2 medium potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 1 small turnip, peeled and chopped
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp ready-made peppercorn sauce (optional for extra flavour)
Method:
- Boil the veg: Place the chopped potatoes and turnip in a pan of boiling water and cook for 15–20 minutes until tender.
