Mexican Chilli Chicken Tacos
Ingredients

1 tin Grant’s Mexican Chilli Chicken

8 small taco shells or soft tortillas

1 cup shredded lettuce
-
1 tomato, diced
-
½ red onion, finely sliced (optional)
-
Handful grated cheese
-
Sour cream or salsa (optional)
-
Fresh coriander or lime wedges (optional)
Method

Heat the chicken
Empty the tin of Mexican Chilli Chicken into a microwave-safe dish.
Heat in the microwave for about 4 minutes, stirring halfway through, until hot throughout. -
Prepare the tacos
Warm the taco shells or tortillas according to the packet instructions. -
Assemble
Spoon the hot chilli chicken into each taco shell.
Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomato, red onion, and grated cheese. -
Finish & Serve
Add sour cream, salsa, fresh coriander, or a squeeze of lime if desired.
Serve immediately while warm.
