Mexican Chilli Chicken Tacos

Ingredients

  • 1 tin Grant’s Mexican Chilli Chicken

  • 8 small taco shells or soft tortillas

  • 1 cup shredded lettuce

  • 1 tomato, diced

  • ½ red onion, finely sliced (optional)

  • Handful grated cheese

  • Sour cream or salsa (optional)

  • Fresh coriander or lime wedges (optional)

Method

  1. Heat the chicken
    Empty the tin of Mexican Chilli Chicken into a microwave-safe dish.
    Heat in the microwave for about 4 minutes, stirring halfway through, until hot throughout.

  2. Prepare the tacos
    Warm the taco shells or tortillas according to the packet instructions.

  3. Assemble
    Spoon the hot chilli chicken into each taco shell.
    Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomato, red onion, and grated cheese.

  4. Finish & Serve
    Add sour cream, salsa, fresh coriander, or a squeeze of lime if desired.
    Serve immediately while warm.
