Black Pudding & Lorne Sausage Morning Roll 

Ingredients (Serves 1–2): 

  • 2 slices Grants Black Pudding 
  • 2 slices Lorne sausage 
  • 2 soft morning rolls 
  • 2 eggs (optional) 
  • Tomato sauce or brown sauce (your choice!) 

Method: 

  1. Cook the sausage & pudding: Fry or grill the Lorne sausage and black pudding slices for 3 – 4 minutes on each side until cooked through and crispy on the outside. 
  2. Optional egg: If adding eggs, fry them in a little oil until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny. 
  3. Warm the rolls: Lightly toast or warm your morning rolls. 
  4. Build your roll: Layer the Lorne sausage and black pudding inside the roll, top with your fried egg (if using), and finish with a generous squeeze of either tomato or brown sauce.
