A&B Roll with Potatoes & Fried Egg
Ingredients (Serves 1–2):
- 2 slices Grants A&B Roll
- 2 medium potatoes, diced into cubes
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp oil or butter
- Tomato or brown sauce (your choice)

Method:
