A&B Roll with Potatoes & Fried Egg 

Ingredients (Serves 1–2): 

  • 2 slices Grants A&B Roll 
  • 2 medium potatoes, diced into cubes 
  • 2 eggs 
  • 1 tbsp oil or butter 
  • Tomato or brown sauce (your choice) 
  • Fresh parsley or chives, chopped (optional garnish) 

Method: 

  1. Cook the potatoes: Heat a little oil or butter in a frying pan. Add the diced potatoes and cook for 15 – 20 minutes, turning now and then, until golden and crisp. Season with salt and pepper. 
  2. Cook the A&B Roll: In the same pan or a separate one, fry the Grants A&B Roll slices for 3 – 4 minutes each side until browned and cooked through. 
  3. Fry the eggs: In another pan, fry the eggs until the whites are set but the yolks are still soft. 
  4. Assemble: Serve the crispy potatoes topped with A&B Roll slices and finish with the fried egg. Add tomato or brown sauce depending on your preference.
